These ain't no lace-ups!

Remember Roc? I'm almost certain we've all owned at least one pair of them at some point. In my case they were the sensible, sturdy leather school shoes my mum bought me at the start of every school year up until I was seventeen. Yesterday I purchased my most recent pair of shoes by the label- and baby, they ain't no lace-ups! Tan leather and wooden peeptoe wedges- with gold studs, oh yes! I'm also digging the strong influence by the wooden wedge done by Céline a few years back. A little bit in love, really. As I've been parading around my house in these little gems all morning, I'm practically bursting with anticipation at the thought of adding them to the perfect outfit. Hmmm what to wear... what to wear...

The Dress.

The best thing about summer? Sundresses, ladies, sundresses! This  amazing vintage find has been hiding at the back of my wardrobe for about three years now, and just recently I've fallen in love with it all over again. Today, the sun was absolutely beaming and I was feeling unusually happy with my hair (I call it the Bingle) so it seemed the perfect day for a bit of a shoot. I paired the dress with these green heeled moccasin's from Sportsgirl for extra punch. Nothing beats that feeling when every second person is eye-ing off your killer outfit- I actually had a woman offer me $200.00 for this dress the other day. Flattering? Absolutely. Crazy? Lil' bit! ..But this bad boy definitely isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
